The offices in charge of policing them refused to respond or help in the investigation to uncover how the passport went missing and stayed missing in their custody, despite the embassy claiming that it being missing required me to fill out a form that demanded the substantiation of an investigation by policing authorities into missing and stolen passports.
3. They used various hazing throughout all of this.
4. They attempted to take the equivalent of $2350 USD in cash without providing a receipt while I was in the consulate. I demanded and demanded and refused to leave the counter until the receipt was provided, despite them telling me multiple times that their “not providing a receipt is normal.”
5. They demanded I perjure myself.
6. They demanded I fill in another passport application to “finish” the second renunciation attempt after I had already paid and given the oath of renunciation. I declined that demand because it would nullify the oath of renunciation.
7. They then claimed they sent the forms to the US for processing and went silent for two years.

They never sent the oath of renunciation to the US to be processed, and instead demanded that I go to their office again to sign a second oath or “they would stop the proceedings.” I declined the demand because I have already sworn the oath in their office, paid the money, and done my side of the obligations.

I have a second citizenship on the documents, and a third one from birth – still unpapered due to the State terrorism turmoil I was procured from. After a lifetime of attempting to untangle myself via ordinary means that do not seem to actually exist (i.e. removing illegally procured citizenship from a child trafficking victim asking for the removal of it by choice), and physically removing myself from the US and attaining a third citizenship. I chose to go through the only open bureaucratic route to end my association to them – formal paid renunciation of US citizenship.

Also, after seeing how few renunciations go through, and how adeptly the embassy workers used various cons on me, and attempted cons, it would appear that they are maliciously blocking renunciation applications from going through on a regular basis. They are simply too practiced in what they do.
